I started in Pfizer’s oncology lab, then helped biotech teams move their lab workflows into software at Benchling. Working with customers taught me to ask how a system fits into people’s day-to-day work.

To move into data science, I earned my master’s at UC Irvine, studying analytics and machine learning. Now I help build and test AI assistants at KPMG.
