Led a five-person UCI apprenticeship team forecasting housing demand across California counties so Schneider could plan sales coverage and inventory for its electrical products.
Combined public housing, economic, and wildfire data, compared forecasting models, and built a Power BI dashboard of monthly housing projections for 2025 to 2030.
Turned the analysis into recommendations on which counties to prioritize and where to focus on single-family or multifamily construction.
